I am an Independent Non-Executive Director. With over 30 years of experience serving as a C-suite executive and on boards across financial services, aviation, energy, infrastructure, and telecommunications, I provide the "Radical Realism" required to stabilize complex entities in high-stakes environments. Grounded in robust governance and institutional stewardship, I have successfully architected the turnaround of publicly listed entities, directed the navigation of complex regulatory crises, and executed high-friction merger integrations.        

As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA) and holder of an MBA from the University of Warwick and BA(Hons) Business Studies from the University of Westminster, I offer boardrooms an independent, rigorous perspective that prioritises long-term resilience and shareholder value.
