This charming dwelling will be carefully crafted to capture the timeless beauty and distinctive characteristics of traditional Kampong architecture, while also being thoughtfully equipped with all the modern amenities that ensure your comfort and ease.

In our unwavering commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship, we are fully dedicated to integrating innovative and eco-friendly solutions into our development plans. This includes the implementation of a comprehensive rainwater harvesting system, harnessing renewable energy sources, and striving to achieve a commendable target of carbon net-zero emissions for the entirety of the property. Furthermore, we are proud to share that we possess an adjacent plot of land, of equal size, which we intend to preserve as a vibrant and lush forest.
