Privacy notice.

How information submitted through this site is handled.

This personal website presents the work and writing of Tunku Dato’ Seri Mahmood Fawzy. This notice explains how visitor and enquiry information is handled.

Enquiries

The contact form collects your name, email address, message and, if supplied, organisation and enquiry category. These details are used to read and respond to your enquiry and maintain correspondence. Please avoid sending sensitive or confidential material through the form.

Security and delivery

The form records the submission time and the IP address supplied by the web server in the enquiry email. A hash of that address is used to limit repeated submissions. The hosting and email services process information to operate the website, prevent abuse and deliver correspondence; server logs may also record technical access information.

Optional analytics and external resources

Google Analytics is loaded only if you choose to allow analytics cookies. It measures page use and browser/device information to help understand how the website is used. Google processes this information under its own privacy terms. The website also loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves a request from your browser to Google.

You may decline analytics and still use the website. You can change your choice below. Declining prevents analytics loading on subsequent visits and disables further measurement on this page; cookies already stored can also be removed through your browser settings.

Retention and your requests

Enquiry correspondence is retained to respond and maintain a reasonable record. The period depends on the nature of the enquiry and any continuing correspondence. Information is not sold or used for unsolicited marketing.

To ask about correspondence held about you or request its deletion, email contact@tunkumahmoodfawzy.com.
